As owner and CEO, Tommy Bauhammer is responsible for the strategic direction of N:SYNC AG and supports companies as a strategic consultant in their digital transformation. With over 25 years of experience in data and system integration, as well as his degree in Economics from the University of Hohenheim (2007), he combines business know-how with technological vision. Tommy Bauhammer supports executive management and leadership teams in holistically connecting complex IT landscapes and business processes. Previously, from 2011 to 2024, he drove the establishment and sustainable success of the Swiss branch as CEO of QUIBIQ Switzerland.

 
As owner and CFO, Remo Weber shapes the strategic and technological direction of N:SYNC AG. With over 20 years of expertise at the intersection of business and technology, he combines his specialized knowledge in system integration, process management, and software architecture with entrepreneurial vision. His Master’s degree in Business Administration from ZHAW Winterthur (2014) and his many years of leadership experience form the foundation for targeted, future-proof corporate development. Previously, from 2017 to 2024, he played a key role as COO of QUIBIQ Switzerland in shaping the company's evolution into the leading Microsoft integration partner in Switzerland.

 
As Senior Solution Architect and Head of Software Development, Dr. Plamen Petrow leads software development at N:SYNC AG and supports companies in integrating their systems from analysis to stable operations. He combines over 25 years of experience in software architecture and development with a PhD in Physics from the University of Rostock (1999). Previously, Dr. Plamen Petrow built up a .NET team as a team lead and oversaw long-term projects and product developments in measurement technology as well as image and video processing.

 
As Solution Architect and Head of Product Development, Hassane Bourais is responsible for the development of the proprietary product NSYNC BizTalk:Migrator and leads customer projects in data and system integration, ranging from requirements analysis and planning to technical implementation and post-go-live support. With over nine years of professional experience in IT, including two years in system integration, and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences (2017), he brings profound technical knowledge and a strong understanding of customer requirements. He places special emphasis on developing solutions tailored to customer needs that deliver genuine added value. Previously, he worked for several years as a software engineer, gaining comprehensive experience in the development and implementation of customer projects as well as internal software solutions.

 
As Solution Architect and Head of Product Development, Kevin Isele combines technical architecture, reliable project management, and product development at N:SYNC AG. He is responsible for the development of the proprietary products SYMON UI Framework, SYMON N:TERFACE DPM, NSYNC Sky:Port, and NSYNC Integration:Toolbox. He brings seven years of experience in data and system integration. Based on Azure Integration Services, he designs future-proof cloud architectures that seamlessly connect systems, data, and business processes. He accompanies customer projects from initial requirements analysis to successful go-live, with the insights gained flowing directly back into product development. As a certified IT business economist (IT-Fachwirt), he combines technical know-how with business acumen, always keeping budget, deadlines, and quality in mind.
